To be a cat and not a dog
Well what is that
Must I explain?
Make way here I come
You people talk that and sure that ole dog
He might someday get his day
So what. I always get my way
We cats we see it all
We never tell
We coolly scoff at every dog
And hairy naked apes as you and all their like
So bring me dinner now
Meow
I’ll rub against your legs
Meow
Won’t ignore you anymore
When I finish and I’m composed
Meow
I’ll clean my paws and use my claws
To hunt those helpless creatures
Like that silly singing mouse
Who lives in the hole by the stairs in the house
I’ve nine lives to lead
Meow
So I’ll be back
Just in time
Meow Meow
To let you scratch my back
Or maybe not
