i shot out the arrow
tied to some rope

yes, hope

it will land
it will hit
it came with a jolt
out of my chest
in flash electric blue
sending fragments
of flying muscle
into pulsating morse code
glistening light
dove food in flight
shot hand delivered
for pin point accuracy
