Every body stand up
big breath in
big breath out
arms in the air
pretend you are
a tree
your branches
uplifted in praise
towards the sun
your feet
wriggle your toes
imagine your feet
deep in the earth
receiving her
fertile nourishment
filling you up
with knowledge
and hope
and Mother Earth love
and all is good
feel the sun
shining light
warming you to the core
Now you can stretch and grow
and all is good

Now didn’t that feel good?
if it felt silly
that’s all good too
rather be silly
than a smelly old poo
