i beg you not to cry
those massive waves
fear drowning fear

sun streaks beds of marigolds
suturing ominous incisions
mending the maimed

overfed empathy
glutton stuffed cacophony
you’re torn in butcher shreds

blood streaked cheeks
give birth to tulip
choked peace

stop crying your esperanto treatise
lets sit in sound locked sauna tanks
lets steam ourselves anew
