Sir Gatski,

savored I did a few syntactical twists
of yours, though there is within your revealed oeuvre a tendency towards classification, a type of poet’s
taxonomy that some might find sweeping, that is to say incorrect due to the lack of particularity…put the proverbial dobro in the arms of a hobo and what do you create? another cartoon human, ready for , well marginalization, if not extinction…

if some blackhearted associate of mine here in California said every writer east of, well, Denver, was a spineless piece of milquetoast parlor trash that wouldn’t know truth or beauty if it bit them in their ass, many east coast literary types might be offended…

there are people right now on the streets of LA and SF who know more UNIX than you or I, that may, when sober, unravel differential equations at the drop of a hat, or quote JP Sartre in French for fun….perhaps the real writer, as opposed to literary cartoonist, learns to avoid categories such as “hobo,” or “beat”, “hippie”, “tramp” “floozie” , as well as the more obvious obnoxious racist and sexist terms…

labelling marginalized humans (except for perhaps labelling obvious morons such as Ar-nold thr Girly Man Schwarzenegger as a quasi-aristocratic crypto-fascist), defeats our attempt to understand their humanity, or even their lack of humanity….at least though are my thoughts…
