Happiness
flares up
but time will break it
shake it empty-
The taste of
content
lingers still
on my lips…
Things race
and fade away
But memories remain
always-
a steady stream
seething
and breathing thru dreams
and reality
A world where
temporal
and linear
measurements
know no existence…
I remember
things
I wish I didn’t
Pain
is an essential
contrast
