Sittin’ last night
Uncle Jack by my side
Asked if I was thirsty
Said “I’d like to imbibe”
The cracklin’ of ice
the delicate bouquet
The only warm feeling
On a cold winter’s day.
So I asked Jack
What’s the meaning of life?
“Fuck you” he laughed
“Nuthin’ but pain and strife.”
“Bullshit” I said,
“There’s more to be had”
“Then why you sittin’here lonely and sad?”
“Fillin’ the void so’s I’m complete”
“Shit Boy” says Jack,
“That’s hardly a feat”.
Jack rambles on
“You ain’t seen your daughter
in almost a year and a half,
Law’s fuckin’you over,
Bankruptin’ your path.”
“You got nuthin’on me
Ole No.7;
I’m fightin’ for her 24/7.
I bitch to you,
Cuz I can’t hold her tight.
Forever and ever it’ll go on,
Bitch be crazy.”
Jack says, “Damn boy, you been fightin’ all night”
“Kiss my ass; I gotta go fight”
