sad and limitless

pixels drunk on red paint
riding furious thru preemptive nights
spectacular over breakfast canvas
ceramic bulbs bloodied in to art
striving to be reckognized
under the bacterial drool
of elastic gutter bums.
swollen plastic sheaths mutter
philosophies on image value
and the decaying of all literary bounds,
the sadness that comes to us poets
when we feel limitless,
and use it like this.
