mind over doesn’t matter

mind over doesn’t matter
it’s just the mind
over doesn’t matter,
mixed with banter,
tossed with chatter,
lost in dreams
strewn in betweens
the never seens,
as hearts are shattered
into shards of glass,
in splatter,
blasted,
scarred
so fast,
then tattered.
a voice
over dawned
with souls on platter,
stars sprayed splashed,
brushed off,
then scattered —
painted
make believe
in tries,
flattered by the
ifs of skies,
spirits hoping on a sleeve,
examinations of
our grieves.
yes, it matters —
that’s the thief.
words exhaled
with healing,
stealing,
you’re the one
i long for,
feeling
dares
in waits
of vague
forever,
ceilings haunted
by the never,
nightmares,
creeping, taunted,
kneeling,
bent on truth’s
sincere endeavor.
perfectly,
you fit my moulding,
you create my
true unfolding,
majesty of Love’s discover,
there will never be another.
i hear voices
pull my leaning….
i am told,
i’ve yearned for meaning,
pictures in my head
careening,
mind entwined
with intervening
thoughts relayed,
there is no other….
minds with blinds
conceal discover,
but we do,
my sweet sweet lover!
come to me,
our hearts convening,
all we speak
holds truths
careening.
there’s no minds
past doesn’t matter —
bear with me,
endure my chatter
speak your hopes,
i’ll eat them whole and
while we grope,
we’ll share the cup and
fall together
past the longing —
matter matters
in belonging.
