I love your description of the Oregon coast in what seems a lifetime ago I was fortunate enough to work on a trawler out of Ilwaco(sp?) For some reason when I try to find Ken Kesey’s voice a piece from Garage Sale speaks to me. I think it was his courage that came throu the words on the page. For someone like me who has been fearful of cutting the lies that bind he is a shinging image
