a heavy inhalation nicotine laced smoke filter moistened
breath escape languid
a false sense of fulfillment
red eyes half lidded
a half remembered memory or maybe just fantasy
brings half formed smile to my left cheek
head swivel involuntary
left straight down left
poison circulates
a stomach rebellion
coherant thoughts cease
head slams…release
