i don’t understand, if people are able to accumulate such wealth, as to purchase a mansion, and then to renovate the mansion (not structural necessary renovations; strictly luxury), how can those same people then raze the mansions, just to rebuild bigger, better mansions. If these things don’t happen in your neighborhood, it doesn’t mean shit. They still happen. Considering that the current rich bastards are operating under the cloak of privacy, I can only judge based on the past. Therefore, how is it that the 1- sugar industry, 2- department store industry, 3- ice cream industry (psych, he was actually a philanthopist, well, except for the one mansion. At least he didn’t have multiple mansions and keep rebuilding and knocking them down), 4 – transportation industry, etc etc etc. can accumulate such wealth while all the workers are just getting by, maybe a little better off but in no way comparable w/ these fuckers? then they up and move further away from the factories, or stores, or people, and who knows where they are now? exept they are somewhere, that much is certain. Well not the original entrepeneurs, but their heirs.

One of these fine gentleman was unfortanate enough to lose his life on the Titanic. The others, also eventually met their demise. Unless they’ve cheated death just as they’ve cheated their work forces. And that’s my point. Finally. These individuals have cheated their work forces. And I’m mad as hell.
