We have to get ‘out of our minds’ – Away from the Platonic ‘idealism’ that is so prevalent in society – what I mean is the devaluation of the physical over the ideal, this is deeply ingrained.

Personal movement forward – yes I agree, we have to create, artistically, recongnise our potential for creation – that we are Artists of meaning – we are the measure of things – we ARE meaning in a sense. We ahve to realise this as a responcibilty, that acnnot actually be escaped – even religion is creative to a certain sense

With regards the whole perpectivism, multi-cultural society thing etc. – it is a problem for me – I feel very nihilistic about certain things, because I can see different view points – it leads to a sort of shallow ‘devils advocate’ position – sometimes I just enjoy conflict!!
