A mainstream way which COULD work

I heard on the radio that some people in Congress were filing a lawsuit to stop the war. I may have the fact wrong but it was something like that.

So I think, Yes, that was the wise purpose of the 3-Way government, to override stuff sometimes. So can’t Congress stop them? It sounds like maybe there’s a special clause which allows the President to start bombing, but I bet it’s vague and bogus…ahh, but still, the deal was: The President is supposed to get approval from Congress to declare war and I urge each one of us to write to our Congressmen and tell them we think it’s just too soon to go bombing another country because there will always be more time, and also that we believe it is the duty of Congress to oppose war when that decision seems prudent, (for whatever reason, Congress may listen) and to affirm that waiting is not showing cowardice but patience. That’s what I’d say in my letter.
