A “coalition” largely based on coercion is not a true
coalition, similar to how contracts signed under coercion
are legally invalid (although I’m no lawyer..).

Quantity vs. Quality: OK, so more nations appear on the list than for Desert Storm. But how many of them actually support the cause? I suspect the actual number is much smaller, and it will get even smaller the longer our occupation and control of Iraqi oil drags on.

I just hope we honor our pre-war promises of freedom for the Iraqis to govern Iraq and to have full ownership of Iraq’s oil. But the current UN resolution granting the US permission to occupy Iraq and control its oil for as long as it takes to establish a “stable representative government” (possibly years) really makes me question Bush’s real agenda. What is he really up to? Why should it really take years to establish an Iraqi government? Aren’t you the least bit suspicious about all this? Are some of my facts/perceptions incorrect?
