a breakdown of the family is probably one of the biggest problems out there. And that is precisely why it might be justified that the government step in and help. I would prefer that someone help the kids instead of no one. And really, I don’t even care if abstinence and the “psychological” pitfalls of sex for young (immature) people are made a part of the curriculum….. just get the basic information out there. Sex ed. has been taught in the schools since the ’70s, and I believe the overall trend has been a decrease in unwanted pregnancies, though don’t quote me. I’m tired of the irresponsibility as well, but honestly, I still think the education is more positive than negative…… and yes….. being a slave to one’s body can have disastrous results…… anyways, it’s been a good mini-debate….. I’m mucho tired….. must retire for the night…..I’ll talk to you later.
