rarely mean equal workloads

the anti-terrorist task group i was part of was a coalition of many countries…while i was there, 3 japanese warships patrolled about 50 miles south of us…they boarded the sum total of zero ships….they wouldn’t even let us take gas from their tanker….my ship alone boarded 136 ships….many coalition ‘partners’ often do it for the optics

also, when i was in hong kong last october (2002) i went to the grave of the winnipeg brigade that got blasted in hong kong…took some young sailors with me, who were very moved….
