i was aware of some of that…you should be aware that many rich canadians go to the US to get specialist care, though….universal health care is meant to provide services to the lowest common denominator, so to speak

there is also a growing movement here to move towards a multi-level system, involving paying for certain services….it would mean essentially providing the rich with a means to get quicker service…unfortunately, there are some in government who support it
