my point is not that terrorism is justified
but that terrorism is sometimes the only tool available
(let me amend by saying that some people percieve that terrorism is the only tool available)

my point is that nobody resorts to the extreme of terrorism without there being a true irritation.

I never said that terrorism is respectable

sometimes it may be necessary

my overall point is that
oppression or police tactics have never been effective against terrorism

the only way to address terrorism is to address the CAUSES of terrorism.

otherwise you are just fighting with the branches when you need to be dealing with the root
