During the February 26 Democratic debate, Larry King asked Edwards if he would run with Kerry. Edwards replied, “I think an Edwards-Kerry ticket would be powerful. And I think that’s the ticket we should have.”
Of course, the order of the names is reversed, but I think it’s clear we have a “powerful” ticket. Edwards definitely resonates with a lot of people, and I expect his energetic optimism to motivate voters.
I realize that the prudent thing is to acknowledge how close this election could be, but I think we’re about to see some real momentum.
