So again, where did the President say he saw the first plane hit the tower live?

I read this over and over again just to be sure. This is not a claim by him that he saw it live. How are you coming to that conclusion. He’s describing how he experienced it and who told him what.

I’m not trying to confuse the issue at all. Please explain how this shows the President made the claim of seeing the first plane hit live?
