Careful whom you encompass

The idea of book burning really grates on me. Some FUNdamentalists are really about the Bible and Koran, not about forcing ideas on others.

While some fundamentalists take the FUN out of fundamentalism. I wouldn’t say that if I didn’t already know that some of these folks have compassion for the “unbeliever”. Both God and Allah stress the idea of compassion. Religion, like you said, should be a unifier, not a wedge issue for only the “Elect”.

Hopefully, the “witch hunts” will stop and people will learn to peacefully co-exist. Otherwise this “Twilight Zone” World War on Terrorism will continue on and on… No matter who is president, we are going to be at this thing for awhile.
