… you mention Death of a Salesman

LR & I just rented it last weekend and watched it… great flick.. i had seen it before but he hadn’t

you really should rent Little Big Man… it’s an epic… and Hoffman does a wonderful job in the role of an old white man who grew up with coyotes first, then was adopted by an indian tribe… it’s the old man telling the story, flashbacks through his childhood… “it’s a good day to die” … ahhhhh … funny parts in that film, but also poetic indian philosophies about what being human really is

that’s great…. a place called Nowhere… love the names of the moon… “I have the whole world figured out in fine detail in my mind (and I ought to by now; everything I write is set in Nowhere, including my poetry)”….. hehe

i’ve got a fond respect for you already… that wonderful imagination of yours will take you places, young man… let ‘er rip! you got it goin on!

plus… this statement

“In poetry, I don’t like to be critiqued, because I am good enough to tell when there’s something damn wrong with it, and if there is I don’t show it to other people.” is so powerfully egotistical, you can’t lose! Bravo!

(don’t ever critique me, either… i hate it even though i need it *smile*)

oh, and i didn’t recognize the verse at the end

what was it?
