both the story and the painting. Is it not amazing how our early conditioning can rule our entire lives? It is both a blessing and a curse to have an inquiring mind, one that is rarely silent, it can be haunting. The light shines through your musings, your pain, your constant questioning, your doubt and continues to illuminate the path you are on. My opinion is that you could tighten this story up a bit, eliminate the nonessential…read it outloud, that always helps me. I tend to read others works here outloud too as it helps me feel the essence of what they are saying…it amuses the dogs and cat too.
