that in Tangled up in Blue, Dylan refers to Rimbaud?
There is one verse ion particular where he sings about a poet from the 13th/15th/ect C (he changes the century often).

There are the lines about there being revolutions in the cafes at night. This could be applicable to hmi in the 60s, but also to Rimbaud (who was in Paris during the French revolution & hung out in the cafes).
Then he talks about reading his words and them speaking to his soul. Rimbaud talked often about the poet as theif of fire, and the need for poetry in society.
Then he says about it all ending, and as we know R quit writing around 20 and went off to be a gun runner in africa.
