Christmas is a time to reflect on my poverty
I’m half a century old and have no possessions
And no debts. For that I am lucky.
Usually I have no trouble being true to my vow
But christmas makes me reflect
Because if there is any valid reason to
Want to be rich
It is for what you can give to others.
