why group us all as a generation anyway what exactly does that accomplish. I do feel very connected to the beat but I wish that I could say the same for my peers. I believe that there are perspectives and mind sets that would much better classify and group us than by generation. It’s all just more segregation in the end, battles between the gaps of generation or whatever. We are all just human beings, I like what the beats say, and have always and will always live by a rule I hadn’t known Kerouac had stood for until long after I had started in NEVER REVISE YOUR WORK THE ORIGINAL THOUGHT IS ALWAYS BEST. But anyways most of the time the majority of our fantastic “gen x” makes me sick. I guess it takes the rest of those fucks for us to be BEAT, right?
