Your mind is conjuring up scenarios that are bringing you such fear and discomfort. I know it’s easy to do given all the shit the media thrusts out…I know also that the media doesn’t know anymore than you or I do as to what is going to happen. Sure, things could get outta hand and terrorists could walk the streets of our major cities and blow themselves and others up..so many scenarios our minds can think of, things that are based upon our collective guilts, perhaps…’should we be slapped for what we’re doing?’… the endless cycle of fear and guilt does little for what little peace we can find within ourselves. But yet even just a glimpse of that peace will unfold so many curtains of negativity for us, and once those curtains are drawn there is the light, that light that eliminates all shadows of doubt and fear.

You and I have no say so over this war. You and I have no responsiblity of its outcome. You and I are just two people amongst six billion other lost souls dreaming and hoping the best for our families, our friends, our countries, our futures….

Accepting that may alleviate some of the the stress. It does for me. Even this situation we’re embroiled in should be seen with some lightness. It is all in nature’s hands, and always has been.
