but the concept that people might come back as a tree or a frog is truly laughable

at any rate, i’ve already lived as many lives as i want to live in one lifetime….. i can probably count 5-6 miserable, painful ones… who would want to do that again? … i’m trying to make this one a good one and if i succeed, then i’m done

when i go, have them write on my tombstone,
“she tried but she died.
she told you she was sick.
she’s not coming back”

now, if i DO come back as a kittycat or a lioness or a weeping willow tree, i’ll have to accept it, won’t i? but that doesn’t mean i’ll like it though, come to think of it, the thought of being a weeping willow tree sounds rather appealing

if this happens, please come sit beneath my boughs and leaves and bring your notebook so you can write some sunday streams
