you know me as judih, but i will also answer to j.

my favorite author/poet is Allen Ginsberg, while my own writing is said to resemble the work of none other than me.

the last book i read was Holes; i found it to be empty. of course, that may be because i lost myself in it. the genre i’m really most interested in is social anthropology, everyone knows it is only through studying other cultures that we can begin to see what we, the human race, are all about. when i’m reading or studying literature, i find that great writing is the most important element to me as a reader.

i haven’t written an article for litkicks yet/lately because i’ve been highly recalcitrant, however i am planning on one about the influence of music on poetry. I’ll do it while I’m focused and listening to myself.
