and they’re OK… i guess if you’re vegetarian. We’re not… but like Shamatha tried the morningstar brand and their stuff is really good. They have a burger that is some type spicy pepper thing… and it’s great… even without the cheese. Sometimes we indulge just because they are healthy and low fat…

Jamelah’s roomate in Italy was a vegan and she was exposed to that way of eating… and learned to enjoy some of it… we just haven’t learned how to handle the soy products. My co-worker is totally ‘vegan’ and he does just fine and after he learned we were trying some things he began giving me all these “great” recipies… Eeeeeeppppp. we never did cook any of them. Maybe someday, huh?
