this i realize…and i understand you were just getting the facts…but sometimes, you’ll get more facts if you word it in a kinder way. i was just taken aback by how you just blurted it out. maybe i’m too sensitive and coddling…but i think, when you read words such as what shadow wrote, you see that he/she needs some comfort. i was just saying, sheesh, offer some comfort. then ask the tough questions.
