the hip are one of my favorite bands. i saw them in a small club in rhode island in 93 or 94, they opened for blues traveler and, in my opinion, stole the show.

i also saw them at a free concert at my university in buffalo but i was under the influence of various things. i thought it was the greatest show ever, but apparently someone threw a beer can onstage and they left after 3 songs.
