that i’m going to chicago for a little while this summer for no other reason just to go. i’m tired of having to have reasons. but anyway… i did go for a drive today and i found a coffeehouse in a small town about 20 minutes from here and i wrote and wrote and wrote and my outlook has improved. my problem is i keep trying to plan out the rest of my life when all i really need to worry about is today…. and maybe the rest of the week. baby steps, jamelah, baby steps.

as for you…. well…. i don’t know. i’m notoriously bad at giving advice, so i won’t try. living for the moment sounds good. drink some wine. look at some art. that’s always been good for me.
