today is my son’s 16th birthday…his first birthday in eight years since they skip the leap year every 100 years so as to make time line up properly

i couldn’t convince my wife when he was born that we should only celebrate his birthday every four years…i thought i could save money…instead we have to do something extra special every four years…ens up costing me more
