Bipolar and creative genius

Yeah i know I’ve been posting here like a mutherfucker so to speak. But here’s some more thoughts … and why the word genius … How is genius defined ? the word seems to bring too much with it.. I dont think Hemingway knew how to do quantum physics … but nevermind that nevermind that you know what I’m getting at right ?

But I read some studies about manic depression and artists today … Pollock , Faulkner , Hemingway , Plath … they assume Poe was a manic depressive but they have to get some serious proof … I dont put all my trust into that … I mean the man did have all the women in his life die … that’s enough to make any common man stop smiling…

But … I read that bi polar manic depression affects or effects rather 1 % of the population …. now is that correct because I’ve been taking a personal head count and i think there’s more people treated for it than just 1 % ……

But It’s just something to think about …. and the degrees of severity seem to vary … Not all manic depressives kill themselves but the pattern persists …
There’s a pattern of manic depression in my blood line but for the most part were just real interesting fucking people … in a world of other interesting animals …

For some reason there’s alot of psycho sexual behavior i think … alot of shit Freud would like to delve into ….
like the fact that i may marry a younger woman of 20 when i’m 40 … that kind of behavior.


Why does canvas cost so damn much …. i can’t do action painting because the canvas cost about 100 dollars … fuck it … i’m using a bed sheet….
