Why not read the novels in order? All are worth reading. Next would be “The Beautiful and the Damned”.

While Fitzgerald is best known today by “The Great Gatsby”, he was best known during his time as a short story writer, not a novelist. There are several collections of Fitzgerald’s short stories available. To me, the best of these are the early collections, “Flappers and Philosophers” and “Tales of the Jazz Age.”
