Next Kerouac

I found out today that i have won (or come runner-up or something) a reader of the year competition at my college (for non-british types, this means people aged 16-18), the prize being £100 book vouchers. I calculate that this means i can buy about 12 books (that’s all!).

So,

1) I read On The Road (that’s why i got on this site in the first place) and am thinking of getting some more kerouac. But which one should i read? any suggestions are welcome.

2) What 12 books would YOU buy in my place? (Just for fun.)
