Yes that is more like it. Native french speakers are able to pronounce it correcty, its not a rolling r but harsher and in the back of the throat. If you are familiar with the way French sounds, you have heard what i mean. As an american, it is impossible for me to repliclate that sound, and i personally just say sartRUH.
