this is so sad. It's so full of sorrow. My mom left when i was 15, so i understand the loss. Luckily though, she hasn't fully stayed gone. Having the support of both parents is important, especially to a growing child. I'm sorry you had to go through this pain and that it haunts you to this day. Love and happiness will find you- I PROMISE!
