The precipice of confusion

Posted to Action Poetry

pondered on the blue skies
that left me when you came,
cleared the clouds of anger
with virile visions that take me
to a place where all clowns don't
hide behind a painted smile,
rushed towards laughter's edge
and hung there for a while
screaming
watched misery drop before me
inviting me down
shouting at me in my own voice
laughing
animation of suspended choice
walk away and leave me here
the hung world is my heaven
let the hungry birds feed on
my mocked flesh
let the ropes of unfulfilled pleasure
suspend me
where am I?
