The morning light whispers
through blinds not fully closed.
Not sure how long its been since
ive been able to just lay here and doze...
I can hear the sound of your bare skin
sliding along faded yellow sheets...
I can feel your body sigh softly
as you turn and reach for me....
Your chest tight against my back...
Your hand caressing my heart...
I love you.. over and over..
Our souls will never part.
