Set forth to count the profits of the victory
The General's name engraved in history
The mothers and their years in misery
Guilt haunts through the pursuit of treachery

This war will set his legend free
Perhaps they'll write him a symphony
His soul inclined to sacrifice
Willing to plunge into the heist
Has the light ever shined so grim
In the church playing the hateful hymns

The General demands more mannequins to fulfill his scheme
Send them on, until their bloods flows through the streams
Sitting comfortably by his gentle fireplace
Stroking the artificial scar upon his face
Stepping out to survey the battlefield
And to marvel at all the destruction that he yields

Morphed him into a human drizzle
His name, etched in time with a dull chisel
