ambiguity and booze......critique wanted

a tinge of desire burning
with unwanted thoughts--
with seething ambiguity boiling
over into reality from a dream
6 years ago, it was easy to look
with sideways glance
with seeming innocence of a child,
TV laughs and kills the thought
and society precludes the act while
nicotine and booze accept.
where did she go wrong,
the parent and mentor, reared with
ignorance of grass and farm.
loathing and doubts surface and subside
as denial pushes forth, strong with bong resin and empty bottles.
