I've been to the Oracle of Delphi and was told wise words
Every word I say, just makes me that more absurd
For some, silence is the question
For me, silence is the answer
If I could just
stop
there'd be
no
bullshit lies
to
cover up
If I could just think
I would never
again
stare down at
the hole
in my sink
Silence scares people
they must feel comfortable
Words accomplish a plastic shield
Shiny and temporary
Ineffective and ridiculous
Insecurites galore
All I need to say
Is on a silver tray
waiting for the month of May
