Canadian businessman James Sabzali will be sentenced in Philadelphia after having been convicted in April for violating the U.S. Trading with the Enemy Act. He faces a maximum sentence of 200 years in prison and $2 million in penalties. Sabzali was found guilty for exporting water purification supplies to Cuban hospitals in the 90's from his Hamilton based company.
