way up there, thousands of feet
looking up further into infinite space
stratospheric magnetic direction
vast oxygen as far as the eye can see
i live in ether fields of the sky
particle hopping between metal junk
& asteroid fragments of the mind
in orbit like a soaring falsetto
cracking crystal champagne glasses
raised to dry lips, grounded
gravity's prisoner on earth plains of the night
singing high the magnificent high
the magnificent high, high
magnificent high, high
high in the magnificent high
magnificent this magnificent high
