we kept ourselves hidden
but brought it all into light
as we made that final scene
on that bittersweet night
Bob Dylan went wafting down
from my hall
I looked down the street
and watched the moon fall
upon your gypsy pony tail
Twas a summer to remember
you made my heart feel
they called us the twins
You will always be
one of my lovliest
especially one day
when doing the dishes
out on the street
was a cheeky man
on bicycle, blowing kisses
with the kiddie seat on back
Wez, you mercurial lover you
it was never really over
between me and you
the sweet summer romance
that made my soul dance
love, always to you
