when I saw you walking naked on the beach
it was the most beautiful thing
IÂ’ve ever seen surf playing drum rolls
to the sway of yer hips walking, aqua water
washing over bare scarlet toes, a gold ring
sanctified body sillouette as the orange star drops
over the edge of that endless horizon
no one within miles of you breathless as
i watch you bend over to pluck ocean gems
from sand pockets, foaming salt puddles
coral bracelets & pearl necklace treasure
you belong to the heaving world, ocean
wind, water soft light dance on yer skin
like gentle stroking fingertips
the fragrant fingers of natureÂ’s spirit
thanking creation that all of yers is also mine
