I found myself reflected
in the mirror of another
the knowledge of sex
was my found friend
the slow sloughing
of cellular death.
Something new came
to life
conscious
before its entry
into the seminal stage
breathing life
& music
to those who would
listen.
I was born a boy
who believed
everything he read
his heros sweeping characters
of the urban myth,
in my imagination
I followed their path
hopefully making
my own road
I thought somewhere
along the way I'd be
transformed
